Order Modifications & Refund Policy

How to Submit Cancellations & Request Refunds?

Cancellations and order modifications may be submitted by contacting Customer Service at support@zealbonn.com within 12 hours. However, it depends on the status of your order. If your order has been shipped out, there is no way to cancel your order anymore and give you a full refund.

I have not received my order for a long time, can I cancel my order?

During this time, shipping will be delayed and it may take a long time than usual for delivery. We apologize for that, but we can not cancel orders that are in transit. If you have not received your order for a long time, please get in touch with us to check it for you.

Return Policy

If the items you receive are damaged, defective or totally can not be used, please send us an email within 30 days from the receipt of your order with your order information and evidence to show the problem, we will check with it and offer you solutions.

We will not issue any refund if more than 30 days have passed since you receive the package.

Only we agree you return the items can you return. Get in touch with us to obtain the return permission and address.

You should pay for the return shipping and the return shipping security is the responsibility of you. We are not responsible for lost returned packages.

Who should pay for return shipping?

If it is a returned product, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returned product. If it is a replacement product, the customer is also responsible for the return shipping fee, and the shipping fee for the re-send is paid by our merchants themselves.

Refund

Our warehouse takes up to 2 weeks to process your return and we will notify you once your return is approved. We'll start with language. You will get a refund for the original product. We do not refund any shipping charges or taxes paid to the authorities, the amount will be returned to your original payment method. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
